Our heart at BG Christian is to see our students come to know and live the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Our mission is to develop life-long disciples who know their unique identity and purpose in Christ. To make this a reality, we must continue to expand our program offerings, update classrooms and technology, invest in more development of our faculty and staff, and create more ways for our students and families to be in community with each other. While most operational expenses are covered by tuition dollars, the needs of a growing population of students continue to grow as well.

Annual Fund

BG Christian Academy exists today because faithful believers had a desire to create a positive, Christian atmosphere to encourage students to achieve their highest potential - both academically and spiritually. To carry on that legacy, BG Christian prayerfully continues to seek generous givers who believe in the mission of the school, and that will help us continue to provide high quality, distinctively Christian, education for this generation and the generations to come.

BG Christian has always tried to keep tuition as affordable as possible for families so that price is not a barrier when choosing Christian education. OCEN SGO Tax Credit

The state of Ohio’s Scholarship Granting Organization (SGO) tax credit authorizes donors who contribute to K-12 student scholarships through a certified SGO to receive a dollar-for-dollar reduction in their state taxes up to $750 per individual taxpayer. Your gift to the Ohio Christian Education Network SGO (OCEN SGO) will go directly to a scholarship for a student attending a participating school of your choice. Your gift to OCEN SGO will be used to award scholarships to worthy students attending participating schools, like BG Christian Academy, within the Ohio Christian Education Network. You may designate which school you would like to receive the scholarship and you can be certain your gift will fund a scholarship at that school with priority given to students in financial need. Classroom Furniture Project

As our school continues to grow and evolve, so must our classroom furniture. We believe that the right furniture can have a significant impact on student engagement, comfort, and productivity. However, updating our furniture is no small task. That’s why we are asking for your financial support for our annual fund project to refresh and improve classroom furniture one class at a time.

This collaborative scholarship was created to showcase the impact that a community of givers can have.
